My name is Kim, but you all know me as “Kimmy”! Seven years ago, I embarked on a gluten-free diet journey that transformed my life, alleviating symptoms of psoriasis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and brain fog. Despite a hiatus from baking due to the challenges of gluten-free cooking, my husband’s encouragement reignited my passion when he introduced me to a game-changing gluten-free flour – Caputo Fioreglut – straight from Italy. Since then, I delved into experimenting with gluten-free recipes, from cinnamon rolls to sourdough. After founding a Facebook Group for Gluten-Free Sourdough baking, which quickly grew to over 10,000 members, I officially established Cooking With Kimmy LLC in April 2024 to share my gluten-free baking tips, recipes and support.
