Gluten-Free Sourdough 101 – Introduction!

Since so many are so new to sourdough, or at least gluten-free sourdough, I am starting a series just for learning the why’s, how’s and when’s. My method is best described as KISS – Keeping it Simple Sourdough. While this does not mean that I endorse 4 ingredient recipes, I do believe in simplicity. This will be further explained in future posts. And while I will address some of the science, my goal is to keep it simple enough that even children can understand the information provided here. The goal is to make sure you are educated enough to troubleshoot your own recipes without needing a science degree to do so.

Much of the information you will find in here can already be found in my Facebook Group, but some will be new. In the future I hope to add classes and videos to cover even more information visually, but that will have to be as time and health allow. For now, I hope the posts added here help you as you develop your gluten free sourdough baking skills!
