Although this is great any time, I especially enjoy making this easy fudge for Christmas Candy give aways. The base of the fudge is gluten-free and it can be customized with just about any cookie you’d like! To keep it gluten-free just make sure you add your favorite GF cookies!

Some possibilities:
Oreo Cookies (Gluten-Free or Regular)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sugar Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies
Gingerbread Cookies

Gluten-Free (or not!) Fool Proof Cookie Fudge

This fudge is easy and fast, and can be stored on the counter for up to 2 weeks. The recipe is for Oreo (one of my favorites) but you can substitute just about any cookie to make it unique.

Instructions

  1. Use an 8" or 9" square aluminum baking pan. I use disposable, if using a metal or glass pan line with aluminum foil, extending a bit past the sides to make removal easier

  2. Pour condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl

  3. Microwave for one minute. Stir until the chips are fully melted and combined. (Do not microwave more - doing so will scorch the chocolate and cause the fudge to become crumbly)

  4. Stir in the oreos, salt and vanilla

  5. Transfer the mixture to your pan, spread to an even thickness

  6. Loosely cover the top with foil. Allow to set for at least 4 hrs

  7. Once set cut into squares. These can be stored in an airtight container on your counter for up to 2 weeks.

Note

Mix it up! You can swap different flavored chips and cookies to make unique flavors! Stir in some peanut butter, or add instant coffee for a mocha fudge! The sky is the limit with this fudge - experiment and have fun!
